Responsibilities

What You'll Do

    Close high-ticket dealsConvert warm, pre-qualified leads. If a deal doesn't close on the first call, you'll nurture the prospect until the sale is secured.

    Continuous learning & improvementReceive ongoing sales training and monthly reviews with leadership to sharpen your skills and maximize conversions.

    Daily team meetings & trainingParticipate in daily sales team meetings to stay sharp and aligned with the team's goals and best practices.
  • 04
    Track & report key metricsMonitor closing rates, average order value (AOV), and total monthly closes to ensure alignment with your targets.

    Work Chris Barry's proven systemWork autonomously while following a high-converting sales process developed by CEO Chris Barry — the same system that generated $10M+.
What We're Looking For

Ideal Candidate

  • Proven high-ticket sales experience — consistently exceeding targets in client-facing environments
  • Excellent English communication — both written and verbal, clear and professional
  • Highly self-driven — takes ownership of your pipeline, optimizes performance, and closes autonomously
  • Available MST timezone — to align with client schedules and market demand
  • Full-time only — no competing jobs or studies; this role requires total focus and availability
  • High-performance mindset — resilient, adaptable, and relentlessly results-oriented in a fast-paced environment
